Perhaps you already know that Mr. Uday Dalal, the promoter & Managing Partner of Kumar Enterprises & Mg. Director of the predecessor company ‘Dalfab Engineers Pvt. Ltd.’ had passed on the reins of his business run by him for over 40 years, last year, to ‘TMSS Dalfab Engineers Pvt. Ltd.’ (TDEPL). The new company is jointly promoted by TMSS Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Uday Dalal.
